Tell us your proposal story! 

Mason and I were in Greenville, NC for a football game against NC State. The morning of the game, we were at our tailgate spot, drinking peach bellinis, and Mason was cooking breakfast. Our friends showed up about an hour later. My mom said that she asked my very best friends to come. They showed up and I got super excited (but nothing crossed my mind). My mom said, "Let's get a picture of everyone." We start getting together and I am trying to call Mason over to get in the picture but all of a sudden he pulls me away from everyone and says, "Come here." I was so confused because I was thinking, "No, we are taking a picture." Then..... he gets down on one knee, I start crying, my mom's "Woo-Hooing," and at first I thought he was joking, but it was REAL! I still cannot believe how it happened! Not to mention how my mom and everyone else kept it a secret. I was in total shock!

What made you choose your engagement session location? 

It was between the beach and East Carolina's campus, but we are having our wedding at the beach and I love the beach too! I thought this would be a great location since the majority of my past pictures were at ECU. It took us a while to figure out where we wanted to take them because it was important to do something different, but I think we chose two amazing locations and cannot think Cynthia Rose Photography enough for these amazing pictures. Even on a VERY windy day!
